Prepline Holdings was started by Essa Behbehani in 2017 and has since grown to a portfolio of 15+ brands with over 40 points of sale across the GCC alongside operating companies - Step Two (KSA) and Dan Foods (,Kuwait).

Our mission is to create and invest in leading brands across different F&B segments spanning QSR to upper casual. Alongside our own brands and investments, we develop innovative concepts and strategies for consultancy clients.

Prepline’s founder Essa Behbehani is an expert in turning personal passions into profitable businesses. He founded Choowy Goowy whilst at university in 2004, and grew it into a company with over 100 points of sale. Since developing multiple F&B concepts he has grown his business into a multi-brand restaurant group. As founder of Prepline, Essa continues to work on developing his own brands, managing multiple hospitality groups, seeking out investment opportunities and inspiring future generations of restaurateurs through public speaking and seminars.

The Prepline team consists of a core team of strategic, investment and operational professionals based in Kuwait and London. We offer a global point of view combined with deep regional knowledge of the GCC, an unrivalled network and long-term business relationships.
