Prepline handled the creative direction, concept strategy, location analysis, feasibility study, financials, fundraising, and operational support. Akub has received critical acclaim and as become a culinary pioneer in London. The restaurant offers a modern take on traditional Palestinian cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients. Designed by Annie Harrison of FARE Inc, Akub features warm, rustic interior that draws inspiration from the Palestinian landscape.
