Concept Creation and Execution
Rusk is a concept built from both founders’ experiences, travels and passion for food and art. Rusk is an artisanal bakery offering an all-day seasonal brunch menu. Rusk offers guests a premium-casual dining experience, as well as display on its counter a showcase of unique grocery and specialty coffee products. Rusk’s interior consists of an extensive use of raw materials like wood, marble, terrazzo. Our process consisted of us combining the rough and refined, by using only natural materials and different tones of neutral to allow for the carefully selected plating and beautifully curated art on the walls to provide the perfect backdrop to our offering.
