Prepline holdings was founded in Kuwait in 2017 and has since grown into a multi-brand investment company across the GCC and Europe. We are real estate driven, leveraging our industry contacts to source off-market and highly sought after opportunities.

Kuwait

Headquarters

Our mission within our local market is to be an incubator of homegrown independent brands in Kuwait. Our focus is on leveraging the expertise of our management team and launching innovative F&B concepts, as well as establishing sound business models that can be positioned for growth and regional expansion through our subsidiaries and franchise partners.

We have a Kuwait based team dedicated to developing new restaurant concepts as well as obtaining and distributing franchises for international brands.

Operations

Prepline Kuwait is our operating company in the territory which oversees following brands: Choowy Goowy, CHKN, Abby Shawaya, Robyan, Kayk, Matbakh Yusria, Oh G!, Abby Brgr, RVB, and Aromi.

Saudi Arabia

3Bees Partnership

Prepline Holdings has partnered with Saudi based 3Bees Holding Company to build our presence across the region. 3Bees operates the following franchise and partnership brands from our portfolio: Choowy Goowy, Jar, CHKN, URB Kitchen, T&T, ATO..

Consultancy & Concept Creation

We have helped create, develop and launch a number of brands for F&B Investors and Entrepreneurs.  Our consultancy brands include: Sors, Okto 34, Theo, Le Vert, Ohayou, Nourish,

Qatar

Investments & Partnership

Prepline Holdings has its own operating company in the Qatar – Prepline Qatar – which invests, manages and or supports the brands within our portfolio: Oval, Halo, Abby Shawaya, Robyan, Kayk, Aromi, Roti, Abby Burger.

Franchise 

Prepline Holdings has franchised multiple brands across the Qatari market with franchise partners including but not limited to Worldwide Group Qatar and United Retail Holdings. Franchise brands include: Choowy Goowy, Jar, CHKN.

Consultancy & Concept Creation

We have helped create, develop and launch a number of brands for F&B Investors and Entrepreneurs.  Our consultancy brands include: Graze, RUSK, Soy, CUE, Cotton, Pinna, Panache, Volume, Zgerty.

UAE

Investment & Operations

Prepline Holdings plans to expand its investment and operation in the UAE in 2021. With the creation of a local operating company Prepline plans to expand our brand portfolio across the UAE to include the following brands: Abby Shawaya, Robyan, Kayk, Roti, Abby Burger, Jar.

UK

Investments & Consulting

Prepline Holdings has created London Restaurant Group in 2019 – an operating company designed to bring select Prepline brands and best in class brands from around the world to London. Prepline previously brought JOLT to london and more recently helped with the investment and strategy for the Palestinian concept AKUB in Notting Hill.

France

Consultancy

Latitude is large Office Building Development scheduled to open in La Defense, Paris. Today’s workforce is dynamic and constantly evolving; the lines between work and personal life have become blurred. Latitude endeavours to build an environment that nurtures, inspires and retains talent. Prepline was responsible for the F&B strategy and concept design of 3,000sqm of dining space consisting of six offers which would stand the test of time, cater to multiple meals, occasions, differing tastes, available spend and time. The offers have been designed around zoned seating areas including social hubs, break-out areas, client entertainment spaces, intimate cafés, counter seating and formal dining.
